We stayed at the Meadows Mountain Vista in Branson Mo for thanksgiving. Our time there was very pleasant and enjoyable.

My sister and I asked for assistance on a couple of occasions from the maintenance department and both times they were very prompt and helpful to our needs.

We had GARY COPLEY come to our aide on one occasion and he was very helpful and knowledgeable about the VCR and DVD player that we were having problems with.

He was very pleasant and took his time to help us get to know the machine and how to work it. Plus very helpful with places and things to do while in Branson. As maintenance personal go GARY COPLEY was above and beyond professional and helpful to us.

Thank you for a great stay, our family enjoyed our annual time together in this new place. Everyone was helpful and pleasant to talk to and all questions asked answered fast and direct. Great job.
